The annual shareholder meeting has been moved to May 10, 2019, 7:00PM at Randall Hills Country Club in Pickstown.
All boats must be removed from wet slips by Sunday September 16th at 3:00PM. All fingers and docks will be removed starting on Monday September 17th.
Shareholder Only meeting 9/1/18 at 10:00AM at shelter by west dock (near sailboats).
Ft Randall Annual Meeting will be held on 4/27/18 at 7:00 PM at Knotheads (former Rivers Edge across from Donlins) in Pickstown.

Dock Removal: Boats and lifts (except North lifts) must be removed by Sunday September 17, 2017. Docks will come out on Monday September 18th. All dock boxes and lift pumps need to be removed from head docks prior to the 17th.
Summer Meeting will be held at the Marina Picnic shelter on Saturday September 2nd at 9:00AM.
Rental Invoices/Statements were mailed to members on 1/18/17. Rental dues must be received by 1/15/17.

SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE OF FT. RANDALL MARINA, INC
Dear Member,
Please take Notice that a special meeting of the Members Ft. Randall Marina, Inc., has been called by the President and the Board of Directors, pursuant to Article VIII, Section 4 of the Ft. Randall Marina, Inc.’s By-laws.
The meeting will take place on Saturday, September 3, 2016 at 9 o’clock a.m. and will be held at the Fort Randall Marina near Pickstown, South Dakota. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss and vote on the adoption of a Plan of For-Profit Conversion Pursuant to SDCL Sec. 47-25A-8. If the plan is approved, Ft. Randall Marina, Inc., would be converted from a non-profit company to a for-profit company.
Ft Randall Marina Summer meeting will be held Saturday July 30th at 9:00AM at the Ft Randall Marina.

Marina will open May 13, 2016.
Tire break wall will go in April the week of April 15th or 21st. The docks and fingers will go in after the break wall is in place.
